The two biggest booking systems. One dashboard.

Recreation.gov books federal campgrounds nationwide, and ReserveAmerica runs more state park systems than any other platform. No switching apps to check which one covers which park.

More than an alert. A whole different approach.

Most campsite tools send you a notification and leave the rest to you. zenCamp handles the hard part — so by the time you see the alert, the site is already waiting in your cart.

Based on publicly available information about campsite scanning tools as of mid-2026.

We're just getting started.

Cart holds, alerts, and trip import are live today. Here's what's in beta and what's coming next.

  1. Beta

    Release scans

Set up a scan before your dates go on sale. When booking opens, zenCamp goes after the sites you picked and holds one in your cart if it gets there first. Works on Recreation.gov and ReserveAmerica.

  2. Coming soon

    Cancellation reminders

Cancellation fees climb as your trip date gets closer. zenCamp will track the deadlines for each reservation in your trip library and remind you before each one passes, while you can still cancel for free or for less.

  3. Roadmap

    AI campground discovery

Describe the trip instead of the campground: a quiet lakeside site within four hours, hookups for the trailer, shade in August. zenCamp will suggest the campgrounds worth scanning, so you spend less time cross-referencing park maps, reviews, and forum threads.

  4. Roadmap

    iOS & Android apps

Native apps for managing scans and reviewing cart holds from your phone. Until they ship, the web app sends push alerts to your browser or home screen.
